Transformation & change
Digital transformation has many dimensions – and challenges. Discover here how these challenges can be turned into opportunities and growth.

Digital transformation - more than just technology

“Change – Building Bridges. Guiding Growth” – under this motto, we collaborated with our client Telefónica Germany to explore the key drivers of successful transformation processes. The key takeaway? Digital transformation is not driven by technology alone. It consists of 20% technology and 80% communication and empowering people.

People are at the heart of every transformation. They need clear perspectives, direction, and the trust to actively contribute to the change process. This is the only way to ensure that transformation remains sustainable and effective. It is worthwhile to examine your own structures and processes to see how well they empower and motivate employees to actively shape change.

Another key insight: Change cannot be imposed from the top. It is not a top-down process. True transformation happens at the operational core of the organization, where change is lived and driven every day. Flexibility, continuous communication, and the willingness to break away from familiar paths are essential for embedding change sustainably.

Innovation also requires structure and space. It cannot be left to chance. Instead, it demands a strategic and structured approach, as well as an environment that fosters creativity and provides space for new ideas to flourish.

Listening to the customer carefully and fully understanding their needs in order to deliver effective and sustainable solutions – that’s my definition of excellent service in digital transformation.
