Storytelling newsletter

Ray Sono is now responsible for the Austrian Airlines Newsletter. Among other things, we implement the Austrian Airlines HTML newsletter templates (fluid), handle newsletter management for 5 million recipients per month in more than 50 markets and 11 languages, carry out ongoing performance optimisation based on A/B testing and scorecard modulation, complete subject-line testing, automation and modularisation tasks as well as perform individual customer targeting with Next Best Destinations.

We also pursue content marketing in the newsletter with the goal of increasing the relevance of Austrian Airlines. We have created a framework for developing this, which – supplemented with a format and content pool – regularly leads to good stories.
