And how can content production and distribution be optimized to maximize conversion? Since 2017, we have been working with Adobe to enhance the digital customer experience, improving conversion rates and providing data-driven decision-making foundations for further optimization.

We faced the challenge of considering numerous stakeholders on a global scale while ensuring consistent, effective customer journeys.
