Our goal

We ensure a modern, seamless brand experience through innovative UX and UI concepts for all of BMW Germany’s global and digital touchpoints, as well as continuously develop the company’s social media strategy, including lead generation through social CRM campaigns at the interface between marketing and sales. 

Our challenge

We aim for comprehensive UX governance while building and implementing a new design system and converting it into an ongoing design operation that complies with guidelines across all touchpoints.

Another of our goals is to establish a balanced relationship between day-to-day business and the constant development of BMW Germany’s social media strategy.
