Three steps to your next job
Finding the right fit matters. Our application process is designed to help us get to know each other – to introduce you to our work and our team, and explore how you might enrich the Ray Sono culture. Let’s connect!
Online application
We review your documents and usually get back to you with initial feedback within 5 working days.
Virtual Meet & Greet (think & love)
In the first interview, you get to know us, and we get to know you. We usually allocate 30-45 minutes for this introduction.
Technical Deep Dive (do & love)
In a technical deep dive (60-90 minutes), we discuss the specific aspects of the role, and you can ask your expert questions. Optionally, there might be a challenge for you to complete before or during your deep dive.
