As a Software Engineer (all genders), you build reliable, high-performing and maintainable digital solutions. You independently manage defined areas and make decisions, risks and results transparent.
Your impact in practice:
- Technical impact : You independently implement more complex features , components , interfaces or technical areas .
- Business impact : You assess solutions for quality , effort , scalability , security and maintainability .
- Collaboration impact : You identify technical risks and dependencies and develop concrete mitigations .
- Delivery impact : You enable stable releases through testing , reviews , documentation and clean integration .
- Ownership & communication : You explain technical impacts on timing , scope , quality and operations clearly .
- Growth & capability : You improve engineering practices and support Junior Engineers professionally .

- You have several years of practical experience in software engineering for digital products and platforms .
- You work confidently with clean code, testing , APIs, CI/CD, performance , security and maintainable systems .
- You independently plan and manage clearly defined areas of responsibility .
- You assess options for quality , impact , effort and feasibility .
- You communicate convincingly with clients , teams and relevant stakeholders .
- You share knowledge , support Junior colleagues and improve ways of working pragmatically .
- You communicate very well in German and English.
