inside.bahn.de Social Content Hub

Ray Sono has developed the inside.bahn.de social content hub for Deutsche Bahn. This includes:

  • Strategy, idea, concept, design and technical implementation
  • Editorial concept including storytelling, content formats, editorial plan
  • Development and training of the DB editorial team and provision of operational support for content design

Ray Sono is also responsible for ongoing support and the continuous development of the concept, design, content, and technology, as well as for ensuring ongoing operations. Ray Sono supports the Deutsche Bahn in its goal to increase its social channel reach from earned media to owned media.
