Implementation of chatbot “Kai”

Ray Sono designed and implemented a self-learning hybrid chatbot for bahn.de. This included all steps from strategy consulting (bot canvas, business case calculation, technical analysis and platform consulting) to implementation (content audit, content development, conversational design, character development, platform setup, training for DB service centre) to ongoing support (analysis, performance optimisation).
