Your responsibilities

In your role as Head of Account Management & Growth (all genders), your focus will be on building and expanding new and sustainable business relationships with existing customers. The role is divided into these three areas of activity:

Account Management & Up-/Cross-Selling:

  • Together with the management, you will develop interesting customers, rethink them in order to identify new business areas
  • You maintain contact with the decision-makers at our existing and new customers
  • Together as a team, you will develop new creative strategies and processes to make our product portfolio even more successful, including up- and cross-selling with the account team

Strategy & Business Development:

  • Using your strategic mindset, you identify the development potential and growth opportunities for Ray Sono and take responsibility for the resulting strategy projects
  • You follow current trends, carry out market and competition analyses and evaluate these in terms of business relevance together with Business and Product Developmen

Leadership:

  • Together with an interdisciplinary and disciplinary team, you will manage Ray Sono's high-turnover customer business. You will be responsible for managing the project teams and will also keep an eye on business potentials
  • You are driven by your willingness to innovate and your curiosity, which enables you to inspire and motivate your team
  • You empower your team to give their best, coach them where necessary and form the bridge between your crew leads and our management leads

We expect you to

Bring in what makes you special. This should include:

  • You have already gained a good amount of experience in the areas of sales, account management and/or project management. At best, you have gained your experience in an agency, consultancy or medium-sized service company
  • Furthermore, you have a degree in business administration, media or economics or a comparable degree programme
  • In your last positions, you were able to gain experience in leading and coaching
  • Enjoying direct customer contact at management level and having strong social and communication skills are your USPs in daily business
  • A winning personality, convincing presentation skills and moderation experience are in your toolbox
  • In your business network, you are considered a valued expert in digital product & service development
  • The creation of meaningful presentations and a very good command of German and English round off your professional profile
