Your responsibilities

As a Senior Experience Designer (all genders) | Product & Service at Ray Sono, you will have the opportunity to help set up complex projects. You are jointly responsible for the further development of the UX area and you are part of a team of more than 30 experience design experts with different expertise in UX, visual, motion and content design. At Ray Sono, this means for you in detail:

You drive innovation, product development and transformation processes and develop solutions that are in line with customers' product and brand strategy.
You will often work in an agile way with stakeholders, product owners, UX/UI designers and developers to optimise complex concepts that require great thinking skills.
You advise customers with user-oriented solutions tailored to technical circumstances, organise workshops and design sprints.
You will analyse customer and user requirements using service design methods such as journey mapping, service blueprints and design sprints.
You accompany the process from the idea through prototyping/MVP to scaling and delivery/rollout.
You create and develop customer journeys, product strategies, opportunity and experience maps and present your concepts convincingly to executives and major brands.
You build user-friendly scribbles, wireframes and functional prototypes that consider our target group, CI guidelines and usability.
You support your team members and will act as a mentor for their professional development.

We expect you to

Bring in what makes you special. This should include:

You have extensive professional experience in the development of digital products and services, in agile software development in a B2C or B2B environment and experience in agile working methods.
You are familiar with the entire UX process and are not afraid to take responsibility.
You are able to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
You have sound knowledge and practical experience in user research, conception and prototyping.
Due to your communicative and empathetic nature, you are confident in customer contact and you enjoy moderating workshops and presentations.
You are familiar with (design) tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence and Mural.
Fluent written and spoken German and English complete your profile.
