Your responsibilities

 

As a Senior Consultant Digital Communications/Omnichannel (all genders), you will be responsible for advising and developing our customers' omnichannel strategy and tapping into new customer potential. At Ray Sono, this means for you in detail:

  • You create campaign and tracking concepts across all digital channels (social media, email, web, app, etc.) and support our customers at the implementation process.
  • You help companies to create a data strategy, operationalise it and thus establish KPI-based and data-driven decisions.
  • You work in an advisory capacity (e.g. on the topic of cookieless future), but at the same time you know and understand the operational processes and have broad experience in using common tools (CMS, CRM, Social Business Manager, Analytics, etc.).
  • You analyse and optimise tool and system architectures in the content and campaign area
  • You take on technical responsibility for customer projects in the omnichannel area (internal and external, B2B and B2C) and are also the contact person for your technical expertise throughout the organisation.
  • You take on a driving role, provide new impetus and promote individual professional and methodological development in your project teams as well as in the entire organisation.

We expect you to

Bring in what makes you special. This should include:

  • Experience in the conception and implementation of complex omnichannel campaigns in a digital corporate or agency environment
  • Extensive experience with common tools (e.g. AEM, Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Power BI, Meta / LinkedIn Business Manager or similar)
  • Experience in customer consulting paired with a winning personality, convincing presentation skills and moderation experience
  • Experience in professional leadership and knowledge transfer
  • Solution-orientated approach, high sense of quality and great sense of responsibility
  • Enjoy customer contact and have strong social and communication skills
  • A degree in digital media, communications, media or economics or a comparable degree programme would be an advantage
