Your responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Manager (all genders) at Ray Sono, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and play a key role in driving our company's growth. Your tasks include:

  • Sales New customers: Development of outbound as well as inbound strategies, independent development of new customers - you know where to find and approach prospects when and how best!
  • Networking: Contribution of a strong network (energy, pharma, industry), sales experience of digital projects and products as well as digital consulting - you can maintain and build both internal and external relationships and you convince with your open personality!
  • Sales negotiations: Creating pitches with target groups in mind, conducting sales meetings remotely and on site, creating and closing offers - you have a solid methodological tool to convert prospects with confidence!
  • Relationship management: Building networks, playing on leads, understanding Ray Sono's portfolio - you can maintain and build both internal and external relationships and your open personality is convincing!
  • Project management & controlling: Following up on leads, involving teams cross-functionally, not forgetting the administrative & important commercial perspective - you manage the project until "completion", or until handover to an account manager who will build on the customer relationships you have established.

We expect you to

Bring in what makes you special. This should include:

  • You have at least 5 years' experience in sales, account management, project management in a digital consultancy or agency environment or in a medium-sized service company
  • You have broad experience in the development of new customers at many levels (specialist department, IT, C-level through to purchasing). And you are experienced in marketing digital projects and products as well as digital consulting
  • Thanks to your experience from the last few years, you have been able to build up a resilient network in one of the following industries (Energy, Pharma, Industry)
  • You use your open personality, convincing presentation skills and moderation experience efficiently to convince prospects of Ray Sono and our portfolio
  • You have outstanding organisational and coordination skills and your approach is always well thought-out and structured
  • Last but not least, you speak German at C2 level and English at B2+ or higher
