Digital Transformation Support

Your responsibilities

  • As an Management assistant (all genders), you provide operational support to our management in daily business activities.
  • You organise appointments for the management team members and support as well as coordinate the content for these meetings. You prioritise all requests appropriately.
  • You are the main point of contact for internal and external enquiries, rank them adequately, and independently clarify them whenever possible.
  • Your responsibilities include organizing, preparing, and following up on central management meetings and events of the Executive Board and overall management.  
  • You support the creation and preparation of internal presentations.
  • You cooperate with Sales and Marketing to maintain our CRM system.
  • You are the central interface between different teams and the management. You proactively act on open issues and inspire your colleagues with your positivity and commitment.
  • You coordinate regular internal updates and informational events such as our Weekly, a feature designed to promote knowledge transfer among employees.
  • You are responsible for smaller, internal projects and their timely implementation.
  • You personally support and assist the Executive Board when necessary.

We expect you to

Bring in what makes you special. This should include:

  • You have solid experience as an assistant (all genders).
  • You work autonomously and proactively.
  • You have strong multitasking and organisational abilities.
  • Your first priorities are high-quality work, reliability, responsibility, and discretion.
  • You have a well-balanced communicative approach and a good feel for your counterpart.
  • You are good at formulating comprehensible and empathetic texts.
  • You have a very good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
