Digital Transformation Support

Head of Business Development (all genders):

As Head of Business Development (all genders) at Ray Sono, you will play a central role in the development of the company. You will work closely with the board to drive our strategic direction.

In your role as Head of Business Development (all genders)…

... your focus is on establishing and developing new and sustainable business relationships with relevant leads (expanding work with existing clients and securing new customers).

... your persistent, communicative, analytical, and hands-on personality supports Ray Sono’s growth as well as your own strategic thinking.

... you’ll develop new creative strategies and processes with your team to make our product portfolio even more successful – including working closely with our account team to up- and cross-sell.

... you’ll shape Ray Sono’s company-wide and ongoing market focus.

... you’ll identify potential development and growth opportunities for Ray Sono and take responsibility for the strategy development of subsequent projects.

... you’ll follow current trends, carry out market and competition analyses, and evaluate them regarding business relevance.

... you’ll have the desire to identify and nurture new and interesting customers together with the management and see yourself as a consultant for the conquest of new customer leads at C-level.

... you are highly curious, with a strong desire to innovate and are able to infect others with this.

... you distinguish yourself through your excellent comprehension and communication skills. You can quickly grasp complex issues and present them in an understandable way.

... you’ll take the lead onboarding new customers, accompanying them through the process with your interdisciplinary team until the customers are handed over to an account team. While doing this, you’ll keep an eye on both the management of the team and the potential for new business.

What makes you tick which should include:

  • Professional experience in sales, project management, consulting or business development in a digital consulting and agency environment or a medium-sized service company.
  • Enjoy contact with customers at a management level and have strong social and communication skills.
  • A winning personality, convincing presentation skills and experience in moderating meetings
  • Creating meaningful presentations is part of your everyday life.
  • You are a valued expert in digital product and service development and are known for this in your network.
  • Excellent German and English language skills are mandatory.
  • A degree in business administration, media or economics or a comparable course of study is an advantage.
