Executive team Assistant (all genders):

As an Executive Team Assistant (all genders) at Ray Sono, you will support your team leads in day-to-day operations, keeping an eye on the team as well as taking responsibility for your own projects.

In your role as Executive Team Assistant (all genders)...

You are responsible for coordinating the deadlines of your team leads and ensuring requests are prioritised in the best possible way.
You are responsible for the planning, organisation, preparation and follow-up of meetings and internal events.
The well-being of your team is close to your heart. In coordination with your team leads, you will take care of minor requests and research, as well as incentives for your colleagues.
You take care of the creation and preparation of presentations according to our CI.
You support with both staff planning and project planning.
You take on administrative and organisational tasks within the framework of the project work, keeping an eye on the teams' hourly bookings and evaluating these in preparation for project controlling.
You process enquiries independently and can assist in the preparation of offers based on our internal templates.
You are responsible for the running and implementation of smaller, internal projects.

You have fluent written and spoken German.
You are willing to travel and enjoy visiting our locations.
