Digital Transformation Support

Your responsibilities

  • Independent consulting and operational support of our customers in digital projects
  • Communication as a core topic: content strategies, communication campaigns, digital customer experiences, digital product and service strategies, multi-platform strategies, ...
  • Data-based work: Target group and needs analyses in collaboration with our colleagues from the research department
  • Stakeholder-friendly presentation of complex contexts and convincing presentations
  • Conception and implementation of workshops
  • Continuous thinking outside the box in order to develop creative and innovative solutions with specialists from all areas.

We expect you to

Bring in what makes you special. This should include:

  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the digital environment
  • You have a high understanding of multiplatform strategies and orchestrating them on all relevant channels
  • Your move quickly and confidently from analytical capture to creative solution development.
  • You are experienced with agile working methods as well as strategic and creative workshop methods
  • Your team-oriented work, your quick comprehension and self-organization
  • You have strong presentation skills and confidently handle all common office tools
  •  Experience in marketing automation is an advantage
  • You are fluent in German and English
