Your responsibilities

We are currently looking for an Senior Key Account Manager to take responsibility for the exclusive development and support of our customer with industry backgrounf. Your main tasks will include:

  • Proximity to the customer: You will utilise the physical proximity to not only strengthen the existing relationship but also to develop new business opportunities. To this end, we will provide you with a seat on the customers premises to give you the best possible starting position.
  • Work across the full spectrum: Working closely with various departments within the company, you will act as a liaison to ensure that the products and services offered meet the customer requirements. The departments range from various product areas to communication, purchasing and the C-level.
  • Technical and business advice: You will provide the customer with technical and business advice, analyse existing processes with them, point out potential for improvement and use your experience to tailor our offer to their needs.
  • Organising the entire sales process: You are responsible for everything from the initial contact to analysing requirements, advising and recommending the optimal solution package for our customer and negotiating contracts.
  • Your colleagues at Ray Sono: Within Ray Sono, you will work closely with the various unit leads, technical experts and project managers and see yourself as a networker. This involves ensuring both technical and qualitative project and customer goals as well as commercial account development.
  • Hybrid work: It is no problem for you to be close to the customer on site as well as present in one of our offices for regular meetings. We see this position as a hybrid model with a mix of on-site presence at the customer and Ray Sono but also time in the home office.

We expect you to

Bring in what makes you special. This should include:

  • Sound experience as an Account Director or Senior Key Account Manager (all genders) in the digital agency and/or consulting environment or comparable sales and consulting experience with proven success in customer acquisition and development
  • You are familiar with processes and developments in German industry and are motivated to transform them together with the customer
  • In-depth knowledge in the initiation and systematic development of professional customer relationships
  • Enjoy customer contact, strong social and communication skills and a balanced demeanour
  • You are familiar with the structures of large companies and know how to work profitably with them
  • Winning personality, convincing presentation skills and negotiation skills
  • High level of commitment, drive to succeed and professionalism - you are happy to travel to ours and the customers locations to achieve this
  • Fluency in written and spoken German and English is essential
